Data we collect
We track page views, clicks, and anonymized session durations via cookies to improve your experience. No personal details are stored unless you email us directly — and even then, it’s locked down tighter than a bass boat hatch.
Cookies & analytics
We use Google Analytics (with IP anonymization) to see which game pages get the most traffic. Cookies remember your language preference but don’t track you across other sites. You can disable them in browser settings, but some features might not work.
Third-party embeds
Game previews load directly from Red Tiger’s servers — they may set their own session cookies for functionality. We don’t control these, but they’re standard for demo play. No hidden ad trackers or sketchy scripts here.
Data retention
Analytics data auto-deletes after 26 months. Emails to our support address are kept for two years unless you request deletion sooner. Server logs? Wiped every 30 days like clockwork.
Your rights
EU visitors can request access, correction, or deletion of personal data under GDPR. Hit us at privacy@reelcreel.com — we’ve got 30 days to comply, but usually manage it in five. No fees unless your request’s clearly unfounded.
Security
HTTPS everywhere, regular penetration testing, and staff trained to spot phishing attempts. We don’t store payment details (since you don’t play here), but we treat your contact data like it’s our own.
Changes & contact
Privacy updates get posted here with a clear revision date. Major changes? We’ll email registered users. Still have concerns? Privacy@reelcreel.com goes straight to our DPO — no bots, no runaround.
